We are all called upon to once again provide strength and show our love and support.
DONATION DETAILS- We have donated $8,000 so far by check direct to the family of Brian Mulkeen. Update: We sent a second check for $750 on 5/10/20 direct to the family. $800 sent on 6/09/20. We will be sending additional checks in the near future. Thank you all for your amazing support.
Much more than a fundraiser this is a tribute designed with passion. Over 40 hours of strategic design time went into this. Built by those who loved the hunt. We are humbled that you came here for this and -THANK YOU- for being a part of this mission for our fallen brother.
PULLOVER DETAILS- HIGH QUALITY. Mens Cut. MID-WEIGHT. Extremely soft 100% ring-spun cotton. 100% Pre-shrunk. Normal, slightly relaxed fit and true to size. Design colors may vary slightly form computer screen when printed. We reserve the right to amend any part of the design during the production process.
DESIGN - Art was made [PASSIONATELY] IN-HOUSE. Inspired by Brian and his courageousness. Being part of a plain clothes team prior to narcotics I can relate to the passion he had for enforcement. It was in his DNA. He was a hunter at heart and society could never know how much he was needed and the great impact he made.
We used TAKE ME HOME after hearing Brian and his partners singing 'Take me Home, Country Roads' by John Denver just an hour or so before he made his ultimate sacrifice on 9/29.
FLAG - We used the NYPD flag. Five alternate stripes represent the city's five boroughs and each star represents the 24 towns and villages that made up the city.
RANK - Brian Mulkeen was a police officer in NYPD's Bronx Anti-Crime unit. This position requires tons of arrests. He actually made a gun collar 25 or so hours before being taken home. When an officer is killed in the line of duty they are posthumously promoted to Detective 1st Grade. That is why his Police Officer Badge is on the front and on the back, his current rank: Detective 1st Grade BRIAN MULKEEN.
