SHIPPING & RETURNS

In stock orders are processed and ship within 1-3 business days. Pre-orders may take time to manufacture. The details for a pre-order may be found on each items product page and description. Some pre-orders take a week and some others may take longer, either way, we are committed to making the absolute best product possible and your patience is appreciated. If your purchase contains a pre-order, your whole order will ship as soon as the pre-ordered item is complete.

If an item arrives damaged please notify us by email or phone within 7 days of receipt of product and let us know the issue. We'll get a replacement out forthwith. If you are not happy with the size you purchased your items may be returned to our west coast production facility if we are notified within 7 days AND items are returned in new, unwashed and unworn condition. Please email us and we will provide the address for returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable and we are not responsible for returning items unless an item was sent in error or arrived damaged.

Holiday Deliveries - Currently there have been delays and other issues with USPS which are not within our control. Often they are marking items as delivered triggering an automatic email from us and then the actual delivery is taking place up to a week later. We are still unsure why they do this but If an item is missing please let us know. If we feel that the item will never arrive we'll send out a new shipment and put in a claim with USPS.
